Career Coach London Dina Al-Alami Major Confusions

Hi, I’m Dina.

I’m here for the same reasons you are!

From picking my university major to navigating career choices, I followed the “shoulds” and “musts” that I believed, instead of my curiosities. This led me down a path that never felt right for me. I realised I needed the courage to pursue my ikigai (see below), and the sooner I start exploring, the better… Many internships, side projects, and jobs later, I turned to coaching. Coachee to coachee, it took being asked the right questions to realise I had all the answers.

What my clients are saying

“Dina was a really effective catalyst in moving my thinking on regarding my career.  She works in a way which is client led and facilitative, and this helped me frame possibilities in ways I have not thought of.  I enjoyed the variety of creative tools she employed to get me thinking in different ways, and the level of challenge she provided meant that the sessions were purposive and meaningful.”

- Director in an Educational Institute

“Dina was a fantastic coach, she instantly made me feel comfortable, relaxed and able to open up. She would let me go at my own pace yet made suggestions and asked questions which really made me think differently about my situation. In just three sessions, I came away feeling much more positive and driven. I was surprised at how fast I began to implement the change in mindset that our sessions gave me!”

- Jo, Marketing Executive

“I've been telling lots of people about you.. all my friends who have existential crises.”

— Former client in post-coaching catch-up

“When I started working with Dina, I was in the midst of a second career transition. After burning out in the education sector, I was unsure and pessimistic about being able to find both purpose and balance at work. In Dina, I found a kind, empathetic, and highly effective coach. Within 3 sessions, I had gained clarity on what I wanted in my next role, developed new mindsets to address underlying thought patterns, and listed out actionable steps to guide my search.

Four months after my work with Dina, I find myself in a fulfilling job that aligns to my values and goals. I am grateful for Dina's guidance and support throughout this process and would highly recommend her to anyone navigating a career transition.”

Isa Sosa, Teacher pivoted into Educational non-profit

She asked thoughtful questions that allowed me gain clarity on what I want next for my career. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a coach who listens and guides with care.”

— Principal PM in Health Tech

“I had the pleasure of a series of coaching sessions with Dina. I found her to be warm and empathic. I found the experiential learning exercises that we did together particularly insightful. I managed to accomplish a lot in a short space of time. I would highly recommend Dina!”
