Connection.. connectivity.

The last few sessions with clients, a recurring theme has come up.

A need for more connection. A longing for more connectivity. A desire for people. For deeper relationships.

A desire to be seen. Seen for who they really are.

To be seen in community. To belong.

To matter.

To exist. Without justifications. Without asking permission.

Just existing and being with people who see us.

It’s that simple. Yet, so complex.

We are surrounded by everything and nothing at the same time.

How can we turn everything into something. And nothing into something. Meet in the middle.

Next time you’re with someone, how can you turn your being with them to something more special? To see the other? To make yourself seen, and make them feel seen?

In coaching, we do this by asking powerful questions, listening, silence, and showing up utmost curiosity.

If one of us shares their curiosity and vulnerability with one other person, everyday. Can we create a world with more connection?

Connection is what keeps us alive. Our social health matters. We matter.
